BREAKING: CP BODE OJAJUNI ARRIVES AT OLABISI ONABANJO UNIVERSITY IBOGUN CAMPUS TO ENGAGE STUDENTS, COMMUNITY

The Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Bode Ojajuni, has arrived at the Ibogun Campus of Olabisi Onabanjo University to engage with students and members of the host community on security and strengthen police-community collaboration, with the Vice Chancellor also in attendance.

Organized by Poolfest Naija and powered by Globus Bank as the official title sponsor, the city played host to five days of non-stop suspense, skill and sporting endurance. At the center of it all was Shehu Bamidele, whose remarkable feat pushed the boundaries of human stamina. With unyielding focus, Shehu played 8-ball pool for an astonishing 112 hours straight, breaking the previous record of 111 hours. AKOKO-EDO ADVOCATES FOR HOMEGROWN RESTRUCTURING, REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO SELF-DETERMINED DEVELOPMENT By Jennifer Nwosu  The Akoko-Edo Development Association (AEDA) has reaffirmed the collective desire of the Akoko-Edo people to shape their administrative future through inclusive dialogue and locally inspired proposals, rather than externally driven initiatives. In a statement signed by Barrister Mrs. Mary Opii, Secretary of AEDA, the association emphasized the importance of community consensus in any restructuring process, gently clarifying that the people of Akoko-Edo were not consulted in a recent proposal advocating the creation of Agbelo East and West Local Government Areas.
