A quick police response in Ogun State has put an abrupt end to a suspected cattle theft, with two men arrested and a stolen cow valued at ₦1.7 million, recovered in the Ifo/Ibogun area. The early morning operation, which unfolded around 2:30 a.m. on April 30th, highlights how fast action can make all the difference when alarms are raised on time.
In a statement released by the Police Public Relations Officer, Ogun State Command, DSP Oluseyi B. Babaseyi, operatives of the SWAT unit responded swiftly to a distress call from a farmer in Omitoro Village via Coker.
