MISSING VEHICLE RECOVERED AS OGUN POLICE DEEPEN INVESTIGATION IN VETERAN BROADCASTER'S DEATH

The Ogun State Police Command says it is making significant progress in the investigation into the deaths of retired broadcaster, Kitan Oyesiku and her security guard, with the recovery of a Lexus RX300 earlier reported missing from the residence.

The Ogun State Commissioner of Police, CP Bode Ojajuni, personally visited the scene of the incident to assess the situation and receive updates from detectives handling the case. During the visit, he inspected the premises and reaffirmed the Command’s determination to thoroughly investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths.

In a development that could prove crucial to the investigation, police operatives recovered the missing Lexus RX300 during a nighttime operation. The vehicle has since been secured and is being treated as an important exhibit in the ongoing inquiry.

CP Ojajuni also extended his condolences to the family of the deceased, assuring them and residents of Ogun State that investigators are deploying all available resources to identify those responsible and bring them to justice.
While details remain under investigation, the Police Command said detectives are actively pursuing leads and making steady progress.

Authorities have pledged to keep the public informed as new developments emerge in the case.
The Command reiterated its' commitment to ensuring justice for the victims and maintaining public confidence through a thorough, professional and transparent investigation.
